LTTE goal is to divert attention to the East-perhaps even lose it and recapture Jaffna
thier goal is simple capture the population bases to suppress locals and beef up manpower. I think the current approach is excellent.
but the Gen Fonseka must be fully aware of the consequences of commiting too many fighting forces to the East.
There is reliable information that LTTE is also attempting to strike multiple targets in north.
I say as long as SLA maintains proper intelligence they will be fine in defeating this terrorist outfit. Almost all tamils are sick and tired of it. |
