I just saw the page you posted I can't agree South Africa on a higher position than Sri Lanka. It seems I know the situation over there more than this page knows. I can't trust this news.
There are countries on the list I know, standards are lower than Sri Lankan and they are on the higher positions than Sri Lanka.
Someone wants to explain why? |

To compare Sri Lanka with any given African country is not an intelligent thing to do. However, as I can see, enough people on the forum are not afraid to do that. Then I have the right to look the other way or just to dump the idea. I would like to ask you to do the same, don't waste time.
