the stuff that you say ABOUT me IS your FANTASY Unless its confirmed by me!
Irrespective of how many thousands of posts i have all it takes is ONE iditic post like yours asking for an apology out of NO where.
I have also been following your rhetoric about how the LTTE is gonna be handicapped because of the loss of Ab and that karuna is the man. Keep it up, and if you keep repeating it you might even believe it yourself!@ Edited By - tamilcanuck - 6 Dec 2006 03:49:37 GMT |

thats quite normal for these buggers. Infact if not for these qualities it would be very difficult to have the defacto state today. Ah yes it might be news to many here! Must thank them. |

The war needs to target Velu, personally.
We have failed to knock on his door, for various reasons, in recent times. Most of the time it was the Norwegian terror nannies convincing the govt that it would lead to a no-return position. That's what it has been anyway. So there's really no need to worry about Velu taking a bad attitude.
There is increased likelihood that the govt will ask for and get international military assistance to accomplish this, if they are willing to put forward a comprehensive devolution package backed by the UNP. That is important and acceptable to the IC since the two parties represent the majority democratic vote.
I'd bet the US (and others) would not hesitate to assist liquidating velu once we cross that bridge. Velu's death is gradually becoming an imporatant milestone to the liberation of the tamils in more ways than one, and satisfies the ambitions of both parties to the conflict. |

Lankakolla;
I disagree with you. Even if Velu dies, the LTTE is quite capable of continuing to function as a terror organization.
It will fracture into seperate war lords, unless it becomes a political entity before that. The critical issue is the lack of leadership, and potential leaders being murdered by Velu to prevent challenges to himself. the barber is a low animal, and will go bellyup in an administrative role. |

If SLG can increase its defence spending by massive 43% and buy hardware, depleted or not, with handsome commissions to the Generals or not, the LTTE also has to match the fighting capability.
If SLG wants it can resolve the problem and develop the country.
Even by the SLankan standard 50 years is too long a period to table concrete proposals for a discussion of possible solution. |
