These parties may against LTTE.. that doesn't mean they are against Tamils.
Colombo dude can you show me one statement from DD or sideshow sangaree with regard to the SLA shelling of the refugee camp?
Even saduh in western lands made better statements, why, however forced it ws, even your racist government expressed regret. Where were these 'Tamil' parties. |

Bulldozing of a cemetry is a barbaric act; these mindless thugggery of the army should be condemned! They dont want Tamils to live peacefully then even in death they want to taunt them! Thats how barbaric they are!
The army has been continuously destrpying cemeteries for the last thirty years!! What did they achieve with their barbaric acts!! More support for LTTE!!
The worse is the gvt does not condemn these barbaric acts either, that means this is a well co ordinated gvts act! These are the guys talk about democracy & budhism !! |

The cemetery in Alankulam is in a government natural reserves that is belongs to Forest Department. LTTE occupied it without taking permission from the Trincomalee government agent (GA). Trincomalee GA has requested several time LTTE to release the land and that leads death threat to GA.
Once the SLA reoccupied the area, Trincomalee GA ordered to remove those constructions and asked to release the land to Forest Department - Trincomalee devision.
This is the true behind the Heroes' Cemetery story.
The news letter on TamilNet(Pro-LTTE) is another fabricated story, there is no such SLA invelvement here as mentioned in TamilNet
TamilNet always fabricates news againts SLA, GOSL, SLAF and SLN.

This reveals how little you know of our culture. Those who have passed away are honoured so that they join our ancestors and protect us. It is also our way of preserving our investment in these heroes when they lived with us. This is our way of helping them attain Nirvana. It's a pity you do not know these basics.
Don't worry, SL forces will send one by one to Nirvana very soon. You will not find enough cement blocks to keep tack of them.

Did you read the whole article in the Tamilnet???
I dont know the GAs orders etc... but that should have been done in a respectfull way with permission from the community or the dead's parents for example...
I know Kopay Kodikamam Ellankulam cemetries were destroyed by the SLA as quoted in the Tamilnet. I have actually seen the destroyed cemetary in Kopay, so first hand information......
You are trying to paint a false picture of the mindless and cowardice army and a racist gvt talking democracy and high principles, what nonsense!! |
