Pera,

I suppose some Tamils marry their sister's daughter (Niece), aren't they?

That must be the incest Ruwani talking about.

I doubt that Ruwani has so much knowledge about such general things. I am sure she was referring to Vijaya's parents, based on Buddhist's bible Mahavamsa.

But as you may be aware that many refer to Mahavamsa as 'mahavambu'!

You know what 'mahavambu' means in Tamil, after all!

Her husband was the the only Prime Minister in the world who was ever assaulted in a welcoming parade by a soldier in the parade. And later the assailent was hailed as hero by the state which conducted the parade. This is the worst humiliation a prime minister can encounter. She remembers that very well. So,she will take'revenge' on you plonkas for it, via Tigers.

Rajiv deserves the butt shot as he tried to over power a independent country.... by 'Operation Dhal'
Also he deserves much more, for forcing us for a non effective, costly, 'Pala - baba' system & merging North - East for a period of '1 year'

And LTTE, gave him death sentence, just because he helped LTTE ?

Nada,

I disgree with you there. She seems to be better educated than most of the LTTE lacky girls in this forum. I am sure she has been to a good school in Colombo too.

I am sure she was referring to Vijaya's parents, based on Buddhist's bible Mahavamsa.

That shows you are ignorant of both Buddhists and Mahawansa (good that I learned ONLY forensic medicine from you..Ha Ha..)

But as you may be aware that many refer to Mahavamsa as 'mahavambu'!

Really?? They mus be jelous of Sinhala people having a written history book no?

You know what 'mahavambu' means in Tamil, after all!

The greatest book ever written perhaps?? Ha Ha

Cheers

Not so, it also depends on the student too! There are numerous rouges and idiots come out of good schools, why even good universities.

It is like usless children born to good parents. Nothing is absolute in this world. One cannot go by the face value alone.

All that glitters is not gold.

Hm...needs a few more lectures outside FM!

Exactly, it is a language spoken only by 2% of the Lankan population. It's about time Malay became the 2nd language since soon there will be more malays.

I have been in Malaysia for many years and it is one of the best languages when you are in bed.

Rest of it borrowed from all over, sanskrit, hindi, Tamil and many more.

To enjoy bed time go ahead as adviced!

For the Tamil in need of a home land in SL, including the tamils living in capital Colombo.
Do you think you will relocate yourselves to the new homeland of yours?
You will find out that 80% of Tamil's in Colombo said NO to this question in due time (we have done a phone vote on this)...results are yet to be published...

Nada,
You are in Malayasia for some years.

Pray tell us:

What is the % of Malays, Chinese and Tamils in Malayasia?

Are there any Federal states demarcated according to Ethnicity?

What is the language of instructions at the Universities?

Cheers
