CID grills woman journalist

Woman Journalist Parameshvari Munnusami had admitted she had been staying in the same lodge with the suspected woman suicide bomber who was arrested in Wellawatte recently, the police said.Following information gathered from the suspected woman suicide cadre, a CID team had recovered eight claymore mines and 10 kilos of C4 explosives from a house on a coconut estate in Mirigama. She had also disclosed that three more vehicles laden with arms and ammunition had come to Colombo from Jaffna, and she had been assigned to shadow the VIP`s in Colombo.
The Free Media Movement has called for a full investigation into the matter.
