India has its own fare share of Tamils, but did not have ones of your calibre! (and therefore put to good use the Panchayat Raj system)

But overiding that is a federal system of states, I see no mention of that here, or even a will to go that route, without that as a minimum there is no hope for a political solution, the world has told the thick headed government just as much, but as I said they won't listen. |

Anyway back to the point do you think I am being unreasonable? Obviously your government wants to go to war, they think they can win, so I say lets stop wasting time and do it.
