Do you know the Infant Mortality rate there? it's 413 deaths per 1000 births. The PQLI there is a mere 47/100 where as SL as a whole has around 91/100. |

Keheliya has a point here. What we need is a clear result. I guess as Ruchira said the Southerners still believe in millitary defeat to the LTTE thus Mahinda has increased his spending on Defence.
The question is how and what are strategy to defeat the LTTE?
