| Yes, we are using the language that LTTTE understands but the problem is. LTTTE is not educated enough to adapt our language. So we are forcing to make LTTTE to understand the language with the support of whole world. :) |

Hm....1.29bln by half...nealry 600 million dollars worth of military eqipment will be gifted to LTTE by the GOSL to continue the situation and to continue in power.
This is the best way to keep the guys in utmost darkness even though they are already in the dark. |

| Well, simple language out there is fish language, all you have to do is put your face in to the water and just blow. Then you can speak with fish. If you consider gardining. All you have to do is get a multimeter and put those two contacts to a tree and change change the little circle in the multimeter to get correct voltage and hook up a speak to it. So that trees will talk! |

Not like the way the Sea tigers gifted the SL military with 65,000 hand held mine detonators and countless motar shells.
