Govt can open A9 for public transport under certain conditions. It should be opened to transport armed troops to the Northen if it is opened. LTTE must not be allowed to collect tax or randsom from transporters or passengers.
As A9 is the only viable route to Jaffna other alternatives may not work for LTTE. |

LTTE took up arms for TAMIL EELAM a separate state, then GoSL expected a compromise at Geneva declaration, so the LTTE was down to a FEDERAL with full power , then another occurrence to put forward a model before a final solution , by GoSL , fact the GoSL had nothing in it had or in its agenda , so LTTE came up with ISGA, then another PTOMS , what these all telling us ? Nothing can be reached as an agreement with GoSL through dialogue as practically workable but in the paper, yes there is a lot , the workable way of a solution through the struggle only , the more the CFA stay like this with no meaning to Tamils , is more destruction for the Tamils , its better the other way .
A9 is completely a ploy by the government and its shortsighted political pundits idea to take the IC for a ride calculation that this could minimize the blow on the head , unfortunately, the GoSL political animals miscalculating future event locally and through internationally.
For sure on November 27th we could expect some fire work from KIFIER and may be some laser guided bombs through WANNI region and around, I hope the LTTE well prepared for it too. |

That's what you think... But wait and hear what VP wants on the 27th. That has never changed and never will. So if you belive ISGA was the alternative to Thamil Eelam. Either you are naive or lying... |

i agree with you with small changes .
1. transporting armed troops should be allowed upto GoSL control area not beyond that , if needed let them hand over to LTTE , then LTTE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.
2.if LTTE has to stop any taxation , that is upto LTTE but not as a condition , fact you are talking about another government ( unofficially ) . |

Thambi,
Why then this 'unofficial' government that 'takes' tax can't provide for its 'people'? rather than crying out help from the 'neighbouring' government? (with which this 'government' is at war) |

As the government seeks to outline its yearly budget proposals the island moves into 'darkness'...........
The national grid is down!!
Interestingly the government is to increase its infrastructure spending....wonder why?? |

The biggest and the historical event of TSUNAMI disaster, not a single hand from the government came into play the disaster recovery in the area of North and East , it was only and only from UNOFFICIAL government called LTTE who did the hard work , not from the a single GoSL rupee ,it was from its own infrastructure , and its dedication , and most of its known efficiency , they need taxation , to rule and maintains orders in its capacity in its territory . some hardware were received in the later part through the government of srilanka , sorry foreign aid .
BTY :
The tamil eelam court clean and neat, no corruption, no delay , and no political influence , fact small contribution make them work very efficiently(GoSL very jealous about it , including your self ) , do you want to test it ? Try an over speed in tamil eelam you will have the answer for your TAX money and its worth it, the SAFTY FIRST will come to pay above all .
PTOMS was denied to North and East tamils , while the GoSL begging the neighboring countries and remote overseas country for helping hand . Edited By - Thambi - 16 Nov 2006 02:12:05 GMT |
