It's a big shame because of this A9 issue, down went the peace talks, (actually A9 initiate the failure of peace talks).

It is the threat to national security that prevents the GOSL form opening the A 9 route. GOSL has said this very very clearly. What more logic do you expect???????? |

GoSL do not want to go public saying they don't give a darn to CFA, thus closure of A9. LTTE rejecting alternative proposal is fathomable in that sense.
People talk about LTTE taxing trader traveling by A9. Well, LTTE was never ever able to do this at this extent before 2001. Weren't they excelling then? LTTE taxing money in A9 is one of the lame excuses, the actal reason is something else! |

If LTTE is really concerend about Jaffna Tamils, why LTTE can not agree to open alternative route when GOSL does not want to open A -9.
AnuDUD.. there is NO viable alternate route, this is just more BS from your government, did you see the photos of Poonery jetti? DO you think even a bullock cart is getting through there? |

LTTE publicly says that they defeated Ranil Wicramasinghe.
TNA parliamentarians meet Wickremasinghe
But shameless LTTE proxies - TNA go and talk to RanilW about A - 9.
A - 9 need to be opend soon other iwse, LTTE caders won't be able to get their salaries. |

I can not understand when 45 or 65 are killed LTTE - OBITYARY.net shows only 4 dead civilians. title says 40. Is there is a mistake in arithmatic or is it just a typo error. |

Banu is so scared to die. this is an attempt to stop any attccks by SLA.
If LTTE is genuine, LTTE should allow govt. delegation to visit and verify the situation. Because, GOSL is responsible for every Sri Lankan citizen.
