You seem to suggest that artillery attack was deliberately aimed at the refugees. You may have inside information but I don't.

NO...I didnt suggest it was deliberate....but since SLA is army representing a country...not only Sinhalese race, they should have been careful when they select their targets, especially when there are civies around!!

Now the thousands of refugees fled to VALACHCHENAI!!
