GOSL being in war for 30 years claim (or say know) that LTTE uses civillians as human shields
So should NOT or SHOULD the GOSL instruct its SOVERGIEN MILITARY to be careful where ever the civilians are present if it is NOT a face to face battle between LTTE and SLDF? |

This is more complicated than what you think.
SLA has told in another news that they use radar to locate sites of mortar firings by LTTE.
In this case, LTTE selected a site in the middle of civilians. they located their mortars in the middle of civilians. So, when SLA fires back, civilians get killed and that deaths would be used for propaganda. |

The Norwegian-led Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) said it had visited the area where a public building sheltering internally displaced persons (IDPs) had been shelled.
'Our monitors have counted 23 bodies, but there could be a lot more,' a spokeswoman for the SLMM said. 'We can confirm that it is an IDP centre that had been hit.'

Anyway, In canada even 35 years (in 1980s) after WW - II inflation reached 15 - 18%. That is an indication of demand exceeding supply. IN order to that happen people should have money. In other words, country is getting richer. So, apply that to Sri Lanka. |

Then tell me whether you agree or not-
If they have radars to detect LTTE targets should they knowing that LTTE use humans as sheilds should a responsible government OK the attack or Back out? |
