I agree on that. India is responsible for partly because they were the once who trained Prabakaran as an Army which turned out to be enemies later. |

I never get upset here but sometimes it's annoying to talk certain things.
Canadian health care system is top 10 from the developed nations; yes we do have long line up in emergency and waiting period for surgeries are longer but over-all we have very reliable system.
I torn my ACL from soccer game, it took me to have surgery one month after the injury time. In US, only with health insurance/professionals get early date for treatment.
If I would have done the surgery in US within one month of my initial injury, it would have cost me $5000 but I did it free in Canada. Top of that, 40% of Americans are without insurance, think about their situation.
US medical system is all about milking money while Canada is about slow but steady with free of charge. Which one you like ?
Neither of them, because both systems are heavily depending on insurance money instead of public health, In Japan if you have the government insurance whether you want it or not you can get it done for free with in two to three days and most of the Scandinavian countries too. Next time you don't wait one month to fix you ankle. It's not good, matter related to connective tissues. :-)

Menan, the fact that sinhalese are responsible for tamil sufferings in the past does mean that LTTE can make tamils to suffer in the present!!

Well,
The question I always like to ask is why should we need to go on the federalism and divide the country? Britains did not declare independence for each individual group and did not break the land in to various different groups. Why we want to break SRI LANKA in to pieces now? |
