Look at your mentality. You should really think much higher than this. Well that is called evolvement. If Buddha could come and save us it is a blessing.
I think before Buddhism came to SL, Sri Lankans were probably hindu. That is why king who received buddhism's name was Devanam piya thissa (the one who was loved by gods) After buddhism evolved in the country the names of God in the front was cut off and then names like Kashyapa, Maithree, Mihudu etc took place.
That is why Rawana is a Great devotee of Lord Shiva.
From what you say it shows the knowledge of the SL history you have and by putting out ignorant allegations you infact insult YOUR OWN CULTURE!
Buddhism came in 5BC - Rawana was way prior and he was a hindu so according to you he is a uncivilized, tree climbing MONKEY?

Ludarics, first go and change the Indian Culture which still treats women as a commodity, change evil SathiPuja...then come back and talk about SL.
