Now that China and Pakis are getting close, India are evaluating their strategy towards GOSL.

India doesnt want Pak or China coming into its southern neighbour. sending in a few arms here and there might not be the issue here but when those arms are used to bomb and when refugees start pouring into Tamilnadu (which in turn will start to agitate) is not something that India wants.
This is why the LTTE has always wanted a link between it and India.
India is slowly getting dragged in.
