Swamy and the The Hindu editor Ram are brahmins and have always been against the LTTE.
Swamy has no significant political clout in India and most of his pronouncements are ignored by the quality Indian press.
The Hindu and Asian Tribune(which is not a quality news portal) only publish what he says about Sri Lanka and what he says about Sri Lanka is not always welcomed by the sinhala nationalists. |

This is like political channels name people 'Vidvatha' (intelectual)
If he says something that goes with your political thinking;
(a) He is educated
(b) He is intelligent
(c) He is well respected and popular
(d) He is giving his independent opinion
If he says something AGAINST your opinion;
(a) He is a fool. (He might have degrees but still does not know the realities)
(b) He is stupid (Does not understand the local conditions.)
(c) He has no respect in the society and he has no power
(d) His opinion is biased
When I see the posts above I see some try hard to put Swamy into Category one and some into category two giving various reasons.
NOBODY SEEMS TO BE WORRIED ABOUT WHAT HE SAYS.
In fact, he makes a very interesting conclusion. (which I am sure Asia Tribune had never seen.)
Instead the Sri Lankan Parliament should adopt a resolution without further delay to replace the present unitary Constitution with federal or quasi federal Constitution that will meet the legitimate aspirations of the Tamil people in the island.
That is what important and not the credentials of the person who says it. |

This komaali does not represent anybody except himself.He is against LTTE,because he knows that LTTE is the only organisation which has massive support of the tamil people,whom he wants be suservient to Brahminism.And he knows very well,as long as LTTE is arround,the bramins are not going to succeede in their effort to subjugate the tamils.
Praising this fool shows how desperate the sinhala state state terrorits are.
