Majority fail to realise that there is a burning issue. They just clamour for daily needs, and this is exactly what Mahinda is responding for....

In my time is SL, I mean in 70s and 80s, I only hardly read article in Sinhala News papers about Tamil depression and political discrimination, except, when we have ethnic clashes.
May be local politics and daily endless problems kept nearly all southerners away from those matters.
Peppers also didnt publish a lot, and people only talked about GREEN BLUE and RED topics and 'badu mila'.
The matter is, no one can justify the cruel and deadly LTTE response to this negligence, though some argued without such tough approach, GOSL is not taking a real attention.
Anyway, now its time LTTE to settle, the issue is clear, we know it, IC knows it,...
'Tamils need a decent system to look after own matters'.
This is the stage LTTE must turn into politics, stopping killing.
But, they are day by day, only organizing into war direction. The sad and surprising point is, LTTE is having arms but blaming government to maintaining a army. And, now few people even not considering GOSL as a government, though they are moving here and there to active with SL passports!.
LTTE is doing this by hiding the very democratic freedom we have in SL, and also the fear that GOSL is having on India and IC!
Our dear Tamil friends must to think bit fair,..we have taking this issue too long!

it is reminding me a joke that we tell in our school days.
one deaf person and one is not a deaf person.
Here the deaf person is srilankan government normal person in LTTE.
No Deaf: we want normality to return before we discuss anything.
Deaf: we cannot give you separate home land.
No Deaf person: Fishing ban,High security zones, excessive army should be removed and normality should come before we talk about final solution.
Deaf: Ceafe fire agreement is illegal
No deaf person: out childrens educations are spoiled and today people are staving in jaffna other places. sort that out first.
Deaf: we have no connection with karuna or anyone.
No deaf person: is there anypoint in talking to you deaf ******
Deaf: it is you violating and its you withdrawing from talks. we are flying back to srilanka tomorrow.
this is what goes on in talks .
there are many talks had happend ,and same thing happend.
LTTE had said this is the final time they had come to talks trusting international community.
then no country can blame we have not negotiated before split from country. |

1. To tell Norwegians to send boats and military hardware to Wanni
2. To advice how to spend LTTE funds
3. To communicate with Tamil Sellan and VP's kids
4. To wash lasting truth in Tamil-brains
