Well this is the diplomatic way of threatning an organization to go for negotiations.
The facts are as follows:
1. Sri Lanka can't offord another full scale war which would empty the country's empty treasury more towrds the endless kredit.
2. But the fact is that, no government would agree to anything outside a united Lanka.
3. And LTTE can't win this battle either (they are only capable of holding on to the Terrotoriy what they have (due to the fact tthat there are a good amount of civilians who are iving in these areas.
4. But the Lankan government being an officially recognized body in the world, would some how manage to run the country with the spare wheeels.
So it's only a matter of time, the coin has being tossed and its still spinning and nobody knows which side its gonna fall.
And this is where the big brother comes in and asks you to make a right decission. (This is how you deal with people who you difficult to control -- it's only a well known method of dealing with difficult cases, you dont order them but tell them nicely what they should do, and at the same time giving them some credits, to boost there own morale)
So this is nothing new to me, or is it new to anyone else?

Why in the USA, states are not devided for Blacks, whites and Hispanics, there after consider all equal and share power among them.
USA also should do that. |
