Hi Pera,

What do yo mean by that.
Can you please explain??

Do you mean about 'all that glitters is not gold?'

As per my belief our pain and pleasure is relative to ourselves or to others. If we use others as measure - we have have to ensure that we do not use ourselves and v.v. Saying that Tamils abroad are enjoying better life is not true as far as I am concerned. We have lost the support of our community and are often torn between cultures. Those who relate to themselves survive and succeed. Others lose their identity.

Pera,

Perhaps what he meant was Mterialistic prosparity?

Yes, but that is relative. Do you use time basis freezing others out or do you use space basis freezing time? He seems to be using the latter. That does not suit the more mature International citizen.

LTTE has just shot itself in the foot again.

For so long this criminal organization used to complain of SLN preventing fisherman in the North from fishing.

The international community is not stupid. It fully understands why SLN does that.

This kind of attack shows the LTTE's utter disregard for civilians. They continue to exploit civilians in order to wage war.

SLN is justified in preventing fishing near its areas in the North.
