I think its cowardly that LTTE conducts Guerrilla warfare and not face the Army face to face.

Yes I too am concerned about the counter attack. It is in the blood of the south to go after civilians, poor losers.
Don't get me wrong I don't enjoy whats happening but you reap what you sow. For the last few month GOSL without regard for human life bombed civilians, used kuruna to kidnap children and adults. Never heard the cry of the civilians now its reaping what it sowed.
To the south that cannot think straight, GOSL said it has made the LTTE weak but in realty made it strong as the civilians lost any hope they had. |

So now you know which race in SRI LANKA is affected most cos this aid is stopped! Its to get both LTTE and GOSL to the table. Its your LTTE web sites which have made it sound like the Govt is affected .
Germany in particular offers 95% Technical Aid packages to SL. This is to develop technical experise and modernization of Industries. German Aid does not feed or clothe any people like other agencies that are NGOs.
Please understand the kind of aid given by different countries through distinctive institutions.
