The best way to shatter the myth of this 'We Tamil' is to give free land in NE also to thugs... criminals ... murderers...
That is exactly what the GOSL did in Dollar and Kent farms.
The GOSL settled the Sinhala racist thugs, gondas , hooligans, rowdies and ex-criminals in the Dollar and Kent farms with a purpose, to chase away the Tamils in that area and take all their furtile lands from their homelands.
And what happened to them???
The LTTE killed all of them.
I do not agree what the LTTE did was right but the GOSL made a blunder by doing it.
Now, once again, our Vini the fool wants to repeat history. |

What is so amusing about the last few days is that how wrongly the Sri Lankan military, the GOSL and more importantly the Indian military intelligence pundits assessed the strength of the LTTE.
I remember the piece by Raman, the ex RAW chief who said that the LTTE was a shadow of its former self.
Now we all know how the LTTE made these fools eat their words. This is why the LTTE remains the best and most effective liberation organisation in the history of the world. |

The International community was conspicuously silent on the firts two days when it appeared that GOSL troops were having the upper hand.
Then the tigers hit back!
In 36 hours the armed forces suffered a humiliating defeat incurring more than 6oo casualties dead and wounded.
The International community (IC)sprang into action. Breaking their silence statements were issued urging both sides to eschew violence and go in for a negotiated settlement. With the Katunayake attack of July 24th the Sri Lankan air force was crippled.
The IC was convinced the LTTE could not be contained by the GOSL. War was discouraged and a negotiated settlement was urged. The Norway facilitated peace process received firm IC backing. The rest was recent history.
Five years history is repeating itself ?mutatis mutandis?.

Proving again and again that the defeats have no fathers, all the Sri Lankan higher authorities are trying to indicate that they were unaware of the defeated Muhamalai offensive of the Sri Lanka Army.
However the Media Centre for National Security (MCNS) security forces retaliated after it came to light that there was a major rebel build-up just outside their defence lines.
Yet as far as we know the Army was preparing for the offensive since weeks. Liberation Tigers of Tamil Ealam (LTTE) were complaining to the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) and the government denied SLMM access to Muhamalai area to cover the military build up for the offensive.
Meanwhile the Colombo authorities were acting there other half of the dual role assuring the international community the participation for the peace talks and cessation of hostilities.
Even on Wednesday morning the government Peace Secretary Palitha Kohona had assured the Norwegian Ambassador Hans Brattskar that the security forces had not launched any new offensive.
But everything came to light as the LTTE pushed back the massive military offensive of the government security forces within two hours time causing heavy damage to the Sri Lanka Army. Official figures of the soldiers died in battle are 133 and another 483 were wounded, 283 of them seriously. Sunday Times defence analyst Iqbal Athas said quoting a senior Army official that figures could be higher when a final count is made.
Sri Lanka Army lost Main Battle Tanks, Armoured Personnel Carriers and other military hardware. But the biggest military loss was the morale of the fighters. Meanwhile the government lost political high ground it had achieved following the recent military advances. Worst is all the blunders took place just ahead of the peace talks.
Sri Lanka government continuously tried to make Tigers to withdraw from the Cease Fire Agreement and to push them to begin war. In recent times the government wanted the Tigers to remove from the peace talks scheduled to be held on 28th and 29th of October in Geneva. Still the pro Sinhala media signal that the Tigers may stay out of talks.
However the Tigers know the game. They may not stay out of talks and the government will have to do what they most dislike, that is, to sit down and talk. Government's expectations to talk to a Tiger who is on the run have shattered and the LTTE that comes to the negotiating table is a resilience proved one.
This time the talks will be tougher for the government. All what the politicians say locally is not valid at the internationally facilitated peace talks. The government cannot discontinue the past of the peace process. They will have to begin from where they stopped. Final solution and all the other sophisticated things Colombo is babbling will have to follow a ceasefire of some sort.

Since 9/11 the IC is slavishly following the 'great satan', US of A in demonising any group or organisation that it categorises as a 'terrorist' group. Therefore, it didn't matter if the innocent people that these groups represent are killed in the wider war against these 'terrorist' groups.
We are seeing this in Iraq and Afghanista. It is simply called collateral damage and it doesn't matter as long as the 'terrorists' are also hurt.
It is a shame that the liberal european countries which value human rights and freedoms of individuals are following the great satan without protest. I would have expected the EU to strongly protest what the GOSL and its murderous armed forces are doing to the tamil civilians but sadly that has not happened.
It is therefore important that all tamils realise that our destiny is in our hands and our hands only. We cannot expect any help or sympathy from any outsiders.We have to keep our trust in God and each other and pray that the suffering of the tamils will end soon and our freedoms regained. Amen. |

As a nation underwent many invasions, we can make our minds for loosing these sailers without gving them a chnace to fight back cos the dogs have done many such acts.
But when we see the celebrations of these diasapora beggers whose existence is solely BASED ON this war, our blood boil beyond the thresholds.
1) You celebrate cos all the businessmen kicked off from Jaffna are well earning Sinhalse money in South as we are not narrow minded and arogant as you.(Tamils only go for Tamil shop)
2) You celebrate cos fedup Jaffna Tamils live in condominiums in Wellawatta and Modara cos we are capable of enduring our emotions genrated by ethnic cleAnsin in NORTH PROVINCE & EAST PROVINCE.
3) You celebrate cos the so called IC backed by Chrstian fundamentalism is backing you inderectly (though they formally ban).
4) You celebrate cos Sinahalese were instable due to greddy party politics and many national leaders were killed by LTTE....(but its a failure...we are not dictated by grade 3 school drop out and our leadership is emerging one after the another)
5) You celebrate cos we tolerated in Anuradhapura, Aranthalawa, Kithuluthuwa, Dalada maligawa, Central Bank, Pettah, Kebithigollawa..etc.
6) You celebrate as some of the boot lickers in this forum say 'fire works started', 'IC warns GoSL'....while licking boots in West with the bilnd eyes of kidnapped young men and women for war of big fat grade 3 school drop out.
7) You celibrate cos the beggars in other countries expect their uneducated starving counetrparts in SL to take more corvedice targets so that they could climax....
BUT REMBER WHAT EVER YOU CELBRATE AND WHAT EVER WE LOSS.....TAMIL EELAM WILL NEVER HAPPEN ON THE SOIL OF MY MOTHER LAND....WE SWEAR FOR IT.......IF IC OR UN TRY TO IMPOSE IT....WELL WE WILL DIE NOT TO SEE IT...BUT WE WILL NOT GO ALONE BUT WITH ALL YOUR REALTIONS IN COLOMBO, KANDY, GALLE AND ELSE WHERE....
