EU actively considering the formal listing of the LTTE as a terrorist organisation. Immediate travel ban on the LTTE declared
Tuesday, 27 September 2005 - 4:14 AM SL Time

The European Union is actively considering the formal listing of the LTTE as a terrorist organisation and the Union has agreed that with immediate effect, delegations from the LTTE will no longer be received in any of the EU Member states until further notice.
In a EU declaration issued short while ago the European Union says ` The European Union hereby declares its condemnation of the continuing use of violence and terrorism by the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). The pursuit of political goals by such totally unacceptable methods only serves to damage the LTTE`s standing and credibility as a negotiating partner and gravely endangers the Peace Process so much desired by the people of Sri Lanka. The European Union repeats its condemnation of the shocking murder of Foreign Minister Lakshman Kadirgamar and of so many others in Sri Lanka in recent weeks.

The European Union is actively considering the formal Listing of the LTTE as a terrorist organisation. In the meantime, the European Union has agreed that with immediate effect, delegations from the LTTE will no longer be received in any of the EU Member States until further notice. The European Union has also agreed that each Member State will, where necessary, take additional national measures to check and curb illegal or undesirable activities (including issues of funding and propaganda) of the LTTE, its related organisations and known individual supporters.

The European Union furthermore repeats its serious concern at the continuing recruitment and retention of child soldier cadres by the LTTE and reminds them that there can be no excuse whatsoever for this abhorrent practice to continue. The European Union takes this opportunity to underline the Statement of 19 September by the Co-Chairs of the Tokyo Donor Conference calling on the LTTE not least to take immediate public steps to demonstrate their commitment to the peace process and their willingness to change. The European Union calls upon all parties in Sri Lanka to show commitment and responsibility towards the peace process during the coming period of elections and to refrain from actions that could endanger a peaceful resolution and political settlement of the conflict.

Welcoming the EU Declaration , a top Sri Lankan diplomat told The Lanka Academic that the declaration by the European Union showed that there were more things to come and lots of hard work had paved the way for the EU declaration. He said ` We truly appreciate the EU Declaration.`

Poor LTTE, the writing on the wall.

Kaput. Finished.

Dreams are free Nandalal, keep coming in your panties, keep coming.

Another round of false //snap

LTTE, dependent on the EU, UK, USA & the rest of the planet for it's survival.

How true.

EU need to freeze their bank accounts in EU and ask to send all the children to GOSL areas to be looked after by genuine NGOs, not TRO.

At last, at long last, the EU countries have understood the gravity of the situation in Sri Lanka, and have taken the correct decision.
Hats off to these Ladies & Gentlemen of the Peace loving civilized world!
Equally, hats off to the Sri Lankan delegation who has presented solid arguments to the EU, on the true state of these murderous, baby-frying, barbarians led by the self proclaimed 'liberator' alias, avathaar, the head of the dream eelamland.
Is Norway, a member state of the European Union? That is the million dollar question!! For many long years, they have been the paymasters of the wanni butchers. They have directly or indirectly supported the wanni bastards to go on their own ways: non respect of the CFA, political killings, child soldier recuitements.... Norway is solidly behind the ltte terrorists. What is the position of the Oslo traders, who considered the tigers as a 'non-violent liberation force'?
The EU and the US have a lot more to do to eradicate the 'tiger cancer' from Sri Lanka. They must provide logistical support to sink the remaining tiger boats and to make the airstrips out of action and bomb the tiger airplanes which can be a threat to peace & stability, not only to Sri Lanka, but the neighboring countries as well...
The EU decisions are a complete surprise to the ltte, which never expected such a drastic ruling. The tigers are like 'mad dogs' now & they are capable of unleashing their blood hounds in the capital and elsewhere to cause major disasters, prior to the twin elections....

Choppers of the SLAF can take a rest for a while, as there are no tiger 'delegations' to ferry from wanni to BIA, to do their pleasure trips to the four corners of the world!!
Avathaar will have to send a boat to fetch Anton malli, for 'consultations'!
MALSHIP:
Sleep a little more & make sweet dreams about the 'dream eelamland' & its prince avathaar!!

This is good, IC showed that they are not blind and deaf.

Other wise, LTTE might try to take MR out of the political equation.

LTTE think they can be the thugs who scare the whole world.

The EU is not deaf & blind and it is not composed of a bunch of IDIOTS, with the exception of the Norwegians.......
I doubt whether, the Norwegians are a member of the EU, while supporting the wanni terrorists!

Man, I was fast asleep when they woke me up to give this excellent news... I did not take any 'tonic' to sleep and I do not require any.
Thanks for the advice, but did YOU take your dose, before going to your dream world?????
