i do not thing that we will come to a conclusion ABOUT THE history of lanka.
about english history: you the one first suggested that the tamils living in the uk will be not far away from claiming the first inhabitants of uk are tamils.
thats when i have a to say a bit of english history and need to explain the different between english history and the lanka sinhala history.
so im not prepared to go down the uk history with you any more.if you want to talk about AFGHANISTAN AND THE BIGGEST BUDDHA STATUE you are very welcome,not any other countries as you do have a lot in common with AFGHANS.

after all this discussion i have come to a conclusion which i strongly believe, what the tamils are saying is true,whether you like it or not.
1)there is no strong solid evidence that the sinhalees are the native lankans.
2)lankan tamils and the hindus can proudly say that the pancha eeswarams in lanka were built before the sinhala language emerge.(that is a solid proof)
3)sinhala archaeological findings were based on the knowledge provided by the mahavasa which created by a monk after they mastered their language skills.
4)you are a person behind the name of muchalinda drowned in toddy and mahavasa.possibly a KITCHEN KNIFE carrying jvp monk to shave your hair.
*vijan may have been sneaked into lanka by boat which might have been a kallathoni,i have no doubt about that,if mr.fairplay get upset over this then we have lot of things we have to disagree with,im sure he is much matured and understand the situation.
then again the up hill tamils are not kallathoni because they did not have the intention to come to lanka ,they were brought to lanka by the British.i cant believe,i have to say this to you mucha,are you a dump? or is it right what i said above about the kitchen knife??

I STILL WILL NOT AGREE WITH MUCHA LINDA THAT I SHOULD NOT HAVE SUGGESTED TO ARIYALAI-SB ABOUT THE ARCHAEOLOGICAL EVIDENCE MUCHA WILL ASK WHEN HE COME TO A STAGE WHERE HE CANT WIN THE ARGUMENT SOME DAYS BACK ,POSSIBLY A WEEK AGO.

Is it not some evidence of an Anciant Civilisation which had been developped in Sri lanka ,more precisely in the Tamil Nation ? |

BTW, you are yet to understand the following:

I am NOT writing this to comment on all the things you mentioned ranging from Tamil Nationalism resulted by Sinhala Nationalism to the Cause of LTTE and the Sri Lankan Identity. In fact, I am SICK of writing these things again and again and again. Enough is Enough.
But I would like to comment on one of the things you mentioned about Glorifying Sinhala Buddhism.
Karl Benz built the first modern car with an Internal Combustion Engine. Sir Isaac Newton devised the Theory of Gravity. Soviets sent the first man to the space. Now, these are facts. If you want you can take them as glorifying Germans, British and Russians (Soviets) respectively.
In the same way, King Wasabha paved the way to one of the greatest Geo-hydraulic civilizations of the world. This again is a fact. If you want, you may again find it as glorifying the Sinhalas.
In the same way, Tamils might have done certain things an ordinary Sinhala could not even imagine of, which could glorify Tamils.
But the fact is, none of the above made any of the Nationalities/ Races superior to others. Some people can sing well while there are some others who are fair in color. Should this made any one superior to any other.
So if you think I glorified Sinhala Buddhists, you could be correct. But I would defend myself if you ever say that I made Sinhalas superior to Tamils.
