You say that killng a barber is nothing compare to an ASSP!!
If you are a real bouddhist or if you have studied bouddhism you will certainly change your words because my little brainless kadiya there is no any difference between these two people. Barber who is an young man compare to the old police officer is also an humain being.
Will your mother or your father accept if you are killed by an idiot soldier in this horrible way? Or will you tolerate if your father is killed by a tamil soldier?
So please don't talk or write any unwanted rubbish and try your best to follow Mr.Gunapala whose article is very interesting to read and worthwhile. But not your's.

You are capable of doing things of positive nature to your country.
Youth like you need to be thinking of positive things and devise measures to beat any and everyone of those whom you think have betrayed, by your mental power.
You see how the Tamils are so clever.Two weeks ago
They challenged the so called Terrorism act installed by George Bush that everyone considered irreversible.
Today they have got clearence to helping and providing assistance to LTTE.
This is what I mean by using the brain.Realize the power.
Roasting and toasting is a cowards wish.
You cannot think like an irrational and impulsive thug.
You have talent, use it to your own good and for the good of your country.

Kadiya,
Calling Tamils pandians and parayans and openly advocating a Nazi like solution to the Tamils shows your contempt for the Tamil people. This type of language shows how low you have sunk into the gutter. You don't have even the common decency to apologise for some of your comments about the Tamils which may have been made in the heat of the moment.
It beggars belief that the moderator has allowed this chap to continue to spit out filth and insults against the Tamil people and incite the Sinhalese thugs like him to kill the Tamil people.
If he thinks that he could implement a Nazi like solution to the Tamil people, he should think again. There won't be a Sinhala land in Sri Lanka, my friend. We all know what happened to the Nazis after the war. There won't be a Nuremberg, but summary justice for people like Kadiya. |

so be care full it might put its tounge in your lunch plate.chase it with a stone ,base ball ,criket bat or even with a stick or whatever you get hold of.

SSP Charles Wijewardana was kidnapped around 1.45pm and Tamil Net reported his death after half an hour at around 2.15pm whereas SL authorities came to know of his death only after three hours when they found his body.
WHO KILLED HIM? |

im not surprised about the news spreaded that quick.no wounder why the ltte have it's own tv.
the problem is they failed to broad cast it live,bit dissapointed.(not the mudering scene)
i can only symphthise with you welia that non of the sinhala media did not get the news on time.

It's clear now from the President's statement that 2 army soldiers who shot the barber in his head and killed are in 'contravention of the military regulations on several counts' and therefore responsible for the death of both the barber and the consequest murder of an excellent Police Officer.
1. When the soldiers are in receipt of any servive from any shop they should not carry weapon,
2. They must pay for the services,
3. If any one refused to serve they must have informed their superiers.
4. They have no right to shoot or kill a civilian when performing his/her duties.
The army occupation does not mean they can rape or kill any one at will.
Anybody praises the killers must be ashamed of himself. |

| I have just read all your responses to Thursday's killings in Jaffna. I do not condone either killing. As a graduate in Law, it is imperative for me be objective and be sure of the facts in both cases before making accusations, or embedding judgements. Depending on where in the world you are, it is also against the law to incite certain forms of hatred. In such tragic situations this is extremely hard for almost all of us to do. Especially when each ethnicity is fighting for a cause and has been for years. Right now, no circumstance, whether it be an accident or not, whether it be barbaric or not, is being taken at face value as emotions are running so high. It is easy to lay the blame on each other. It is easy to lay blame on history. But amidst all your allegations of fact and your dismay at each other's views, have any of you ever stopped for one moment to think how each of these people whose lives were taken away from them without choice have left behind a family that is distraught, who have left behind children without a father? Who have left behind everything they have worked for in their lives? I can tell you firsthand, what i am feeling. I feel devastation, anger, hurt and pain. Not because of the war or the hatred that stems from some of the postings on this site. I do not have the energy to fuel or fan the flames of hatred that some of the postings on this sight display from both Sinhalese and Tamils. My devastation goes far deeper. Something i hope none of you will ever encounter in your lifetime regardless of whether you're Tamil or Sinhalese because no one deserves the pain i and many people around me are experiencing right now. The murdered Jaffna SP Charles Wijewardane was my beloved uncle. His home was always full of laughter and happiness. I have never known a more happily married couple than my now-widowed aunt and uncle. From his days of being Sri Lanka Rugby Captain, to the day he was murdered, he was so loved and so respected by ordinary people, the rich and the poor, across many regions. My world is not full of blame or hatred - it will not bring him back. I can only imagine the pain of the family of the Tamil civilian killed also. I understand as i am living with a terrible ache in my heart. Some of you will not understand this pain as you will not see past the politics. But if it happens to you, and i pray to you all it never does, that is when this becomes not a war and not hatred but just a numb, dull question - WHY. |
