Dear friends in this forum,
*its bit relaxing to read something apart from this 'LTTE-GOSL business',isn't it?
just being fed up with reading almost 'meaningless words'!(although its an important issue, nothing seems to be happening effectively during the next 20-30 years at least!)
*thanks for giving us some fun mrs/misses?.tigress,kural,muniraj etc
Pl dont forget to provide us with this sort of amusement time to time at least to lower our blood pressure!

Dear POET,
As you have sincerely said that we have to work together.
You just see, the life is very short and we come to-day and we go away from this earth tomorrow and afterall what is remaining behind us? Nothing.
If we can think about the future generation of this Island
( I doubt )who will put a curse on us for what we have been doing all these decades since independence through various types of violences and wars.
However, I can only blame and curse these Bouddhist monks for all these painful ethnic wars,violences since the independence of this country.
In every other country the president or the Prime Ministers use to consult their special aides but in Sri Lanka it is entirely different. For each and every project national or international the president or the prime minsters and ministers etc etc must go to Askiriya Temple or Anuradhapur for a prior consultation with these monks who do not anything other than their yellow robes!!.
I hope sincerely , at least now, the sri Lankan leaders should learn a good lesson to listen the international communities to come for an early settlement with Tamils .
Government should keep on eye on all new bouddhist monks and their real intention of becoming as a valuable monk or as a culprit , devoted JVP members to destroy this Island little by little through various social unrests.
As the New York Times had stated that the Tamils and Sinhalese came to this Islmand about 1500 years ago from India. Even late US president Donald Reagon said and daccepted the ethnic problems in Sri Lanka. |

With have to learn them that Tamils welcomed gratefuly their King as a brother, and now those buddhists monks consider the tamils as invaders.

c'est vrai que ces moins bouddhists particulièrement de Sri lanka sont les mega- cons. fanatiques et
incorrigibles.
Other wise it is no so late to get back the lost periods and still possible for an amicable settlement through the federal system within the soverignty of Sri lanka.
First of all, as I had said in the past on this forum that there should be an immediate summit of all sinhalese major political parties to decide themselves to come out with one voice to speak to LTTE without any foreign intervention.
Is it Possible? To-day? |
