Culture and criminal instincts that may have transmitted through the umbelical cord should not be mixed up.

Culture is like a flowing river. Every man on Earth should change his culture like a reptile changes it's skin and refreshes it self. Every generation should do things in a better way than his ancestors did.

The criminal is already enjoying an air conditioned room and a tiled toilet in prison. Justice is not to be bought but yield. Can we expect this?

Like moulded plastic products, humans cannot be pre-judged as good or bad violent or non-violent until they are arrested for criminal offences. I use to fight with my brother when I was younger but I never became a criminal.

Shramantha has arrived in courts(did not know when)in crutches. High court judge has ordered to check the medical condition by court authorised medical officer on the spot. Found that he was lying to court by using crutches...this might happened before he went to the remand prison. This news came from Sri Lanka.

We did not know what happened on 1 August summons. Could not find anything on news papers on internet.

Heard that Yvonne's sister laied to courts also...

If I come to know something..I will post it here for other's info..

Criminal behavior is different from criminals themselves. A criminal can not be judged untill he commits a criminal act, but criminal behavior of a person can be assessed well before he commits a criminal act. That is why there are so many categories of criminals based on what crime they will do in the future.
A dangerous driver can be arrested and his lisence will be baned for the life before he kills somebody by mistake.(not in Sri Lanka)
How we identify a criminal is to keep our eyes open, and assess a person's criminla behavior.

Of course fighting with own brother when you are small does not lead to a criminal, but if you keep on fighting when you grow up and if you use weapon will show one day you will be a criminal.
You have to understand that even if you hit somebody by hand you become a criminal. If you break traffic law while you are driving you become a criminal.

It all based on circumatances and we should be able to evaluate the circumatances.

OHPLEASE STATED:
--The school that the murderer went to must do something. -r -they doing something about it? Who is the managing -the -CIS? They should do something about this because -more -students might cause trouble later

AND KESHI STATED:
I could only say 'OH PLEASSSSSSSSSSSSSSE!' to you mate. And I still say OH PLEASE to you cos you sound like one paranoid idiot with useless piece of a comment - nothing you said above fits as a possible solution to the problem - it's pretty dumb btw.

AND OHPLEASE STATED AGAIN:
-Oh Pleasssssssssssssssssse shut your crap up. I asked a -question and if you couldnt understand it to provide a -decent answer please dont bother answering with -irrational crap.

Asking me to shut up won't make you smart my friend. I could understand what you asked earlier - it was plain stupid andyourEnglish sucks big time - so you can't really expect anyone to understand you anyways :) My answer was decent btw - look at how you answered me back by using shut up? lol! Don't worry you wont get any answer to your pretty dumb question - as you can see only I answered you so far feeling sorry foryourpathetic state.

Keshi,

Hi. Why dont you participate in other discussions? You appear to be young and educated with some modern thinking. It does no harm in giving your two cents in other threads we participate in.

Expecting a favourable reply.

Keshi,

You answered my post which you need not have if you didn't have anything positive to say. I wrote it asking a perfectly rational question. Unfortunately you were unable to understand my innocent question and gave a sarcastic remark which was not needed. Maybe you will understand it better after going for a couple of English lessons. My question is quite relevant to the current discussion. If you dont think so you dont need to answer it. In fact you dont need to answer me as I am not looking for an argument here. I merely wondered if the school could have done anything to prevent such a tragedy. Maybe take a stronger view on discipline.
