How the votes casted and counted is not known.But this shows that the people of Sri Lanka are not dumbs.Sri Lankan President becoming the first choice is commendable but she needs to show the general masses that she is a good leader to the very letter of it.A news item exposed that one of President's advisers happen to be a Tamil who is connected to the LTTE king pin Anton.If this is true,very many Sri Lankans will not vote for CBK as this is another betrayal. CBK must be very careful in her dealings as any wrong move,could result is her disaster as by looking at the results,JVP has come second,ofcourse the difference in votes not known.
Many fair thinking Sri Lankans are moving closer to JVP due to the way how they handle matters in the interest of all the Sri Lankans. |

I am not sure what they have considered when the finalize their choice. I agree with them if they selected based on the following criteria;
1) person who never work on time
2) The person who always lie
3) The person who can't be trusted
4) person who talks without a responsibility
5) person who mention something and deny even if someone recorded and prove it
6) person who is going after people who are against her
7) person who never listen to other
