JHU queries invitation by UPF to LTTE to visit hill country

The Jathika Hela Urumaya (JHU) yesterday queried the Government in parliament whether it was aware of an invitation by Parliamentarian Chandrasekeran extended to LTTE political head S.P. Thamilchelvan to visit the hill country.
Making a special statement in the morning JHU Parliamentarian Aturaliye Ratana Thera asked Deputy Defence Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayake regarding this invitation.
`There are media reports that Upcountry People`s Front (UPF) Leader and Parliamentarian P. Chandrasekeran had invited the LTTE Political Wing Leader S.P. Thamilchelvan to visit the upcountry. I want to know whether this is true, and whether the Government recognizes and allows southern political parties to maintain links with the LTTE and whether the Government will provide any security to the LTTE if they do visit,` he asked.
Deputy Defence Minister Ratnasiri Wickramanayake who was present in the house did not respond.

What mafe u to invite LTTE murderes in to up country??
Do you think up country is a dowery that was offered to you?? Sorry to say, go to hell Mr. Chandrasekaran.
Honourd Theras in JHU & JVP, what's going on in the parliament?? Pls stop this LTTE tour in to our country.
We do not want them in. This what for you are their in Parlianment today.

Is it an attempt to hold the county to ransom through the tea plantations in order for the Tamil Terrorists to force the GOSL to accept ISAG on their terms.
Watch the Chandrasekaran sell out of the country.... All for the sake of greed for domination of the upcountry,power & politics.

this is the last thing we needed.......soon there will be suicide bombers from the Tea plucking areas.
what cant the government stop a terorist planing more terrorism in the hill country. This is totally unacceptable. What is the JVP and Hela Urumaya doing ?They should do a lot more that just quering about it.I mean come on, they talked so much about patriotism, so they should hold a strong demonstration with the help of Sinhalese and Tamils to oppose the visit of Tamilselvam too the hill country.
Next time it will be Praba who will visit hill country , if he is still alive that is....
Nuwaraeliya is one of the few places where we can relax peacefully. These LTTE freaks are going to spoil that too with their terrorist propaganda.

Mate, why do think the GOSL or the JVP are speech/motionless to stop the tamil liberators go to upcountry? I will inform you my friend. It's not because we beg the norwegians..its becuase Srilankan government begs form every single country to run the country. Srilanka is unfortunately the dowry given by plethora of countries. So they have to abide by what these countries say. JVP can jump up and down and talk about patriotism to buy votes but even they wouldnt be paid remuneration if it wasnt for the aids and donations and debts provided by foreign countries. JHU should stick to viharas and preach peace not war. These jobless people either join the army or if they are soo scared they become a monk. hence there is no difference bewtween an army who rapes innocent girls and a monk (majority of them).
It is about time the hill country people started voicing their opinion. All you sinhalese expatriates who contribute in this website have a foreign citizenship. But the poor upcpountry tamils were neglected of that right for decades.

I am stating this because my grandfather's tea estates in nuwara eliaya and in Alawathugoda in Kandy were burnt down to ashes by sinhalese mobs (or were they monks) during riots. My friends, Srilanka is in debt and it is controlled by foreigners who donate money so ur president or the monks have no choice but to abide by what the world says. Ramil.W was doing your country a favour by cooperating with LTTE and making Srilanka debt free. No wonder you Sinhalese are so stupid -that JR had and Banda had to bring in sanctions to reduce the knowledge base and competitive advantage the tamils had over the sinhalese.

Great one mate great one , I hope this will open the stupid people's eye , but I verymuch doubt it , this is a race that has been brought up by lies and deceit , most of so you can't help it but feel sorry for them, anyway Tamil is one of the main languages in India,Singapore, Malaysia, Mauritius and Sea Shells , how many countries have made sinhalese the official language surprise surprise , Lets all feel sorry for them @@@@@@
