If Mr.Mahinda is really willing to bring peace, he should first of all start removing all army camps and army barracks from the tamil residentiel areas and this is the only way that he can build a hop of peace with tamils and it is the best advice that I would like to give to any sinhalese authorities.

Before start talking peace talks, government should as a symbole, to start removing those unwanted arm y barracks from the Tamils areas.

When you hear stories,LTTE and ITS supporters should be wiped out.(SOON IT WILL HAPPEN)
LTTE cadres chopped the hand of the voter from Kilinochchi

Colombo, 23 November, (Asian Tribune.com): The LTTE cadres brutally chopped the one hand of the person from Kilinochchi who voted in the last Presidential elections to Ranil Wickremasinghe, the UNP Presidential candidate.

The hand of the person was chopped publicly in Kilinochchi by the LTTE cadres in the presence of hundreds of onlookers.

According to a source, this punishment was meted out in public to scare others not to disobey the Aanai - edict of the LTTE in the future.

The said person from Kilinochchi voted at the cluster polling station for Kilinoichchi.

His vote was the only vote cast from Kilinochchi in the last Presidential election.

After the voting, he was contacted by the BBC correspondent and asked were you not afraid of voting?

He said boldly that voting was his right and he quipped ?if anyone wants to take my life for voting let them take it.?

Looks like the Solution is coming from the Tamils in Western world. They see the big picture than most of the ealamists in Sri Lanka. With this humble begining the Tamil Democrats will achive their goals.
These few Tamils Democrats worth the 'thousands'(some say less than 5000 attended though ltte expected 50000 in brussels) who knowingly stood for the ltte murderous. Well done Democrats.

Nothing could happen until the Tamil Talaban is destroyed militarily. The Government should take this advice very seriously. There cannot be one rule for America and United Kingdom and another for Sri Lanka.

Muniraj ,(GhostKing)
what Sainclar said was sensible and correct. if you want to live in peace remove all army from nort east and fishing restriction should be removed.
the reson people boycotted in this election.
they cant wait anylonger in this peacetalk. if you understand that you would save some armies otherwise go and open up a funeral home or open a factory to start building coffins.

the way you see army is different from how tamils saw.
they treat them as thives and criminals. how would you feel you have a camp of thives and criminals?

Sinhalese,
Quote: The only way to bring peace and harmony to Tamils and Sri Lanka is to destroy LTTE butchers militarily.

This is what the GOSL was trying to do for the last 20 years using all there available strength and strategies. What happened?????? Finally lost the most important Elephant pass also.
Are you telling them to try for another 20 years, assuming that the SLA will win someday? I am sure you have no sympathy for those poor Sri Lankans living in Sri Lanka.
