I am sure you are happy as I am to hear that Anura is going to be out but it's still not known. Jeyaraj may be a bit excited after their man's win but his word is not yet official.
Mangala was behind Mahinda all the way and he did a great job for Mahinda, so he deserves to be the PM.
DiMu has been in AnuraB/Sarath Amunugama camp and has no chance of getting a ministerial portfolio either this time. The UNP won in his seat Gampola comfortably.
There may be many other candidates but the JVP ran the whole show(amidst Anura B and CBK's pull-backs) and their strength is shown in the south so the new Prez may not be able to escape but to take up one of them as his PM.

I think The JVP is not mature enough to get the Premier ship.Let them to work in hard Ministries as before.Still veteran Ratnasiri is there for the post.Untill Bandaranayakes chase out from totall politics.
After one year Mangala should go for the post
President should appoint special Minister (Hard working JVP) for develop the upcountry farming area, for targeting next election not only that to develop Uva-Wellassa area
Then to be think Central Colombo area those people need good education and housing with better life
and also Our Eastern muslims to be liberate from Playboy rawuf Hakeem the area development to be give Fawsi and Mussammil (JVP)
Defence to go Kotakadeniya
Ellawela Medananda thero will be develop the education
Dimu/siripala/Mahindananda/Dilan/Reginold and some other stupid guys who were pulling out the leg of Mahinda will be kick out.New blood were already in the coallition

| I think Anura should not be given the post of PM. These things must be done first before its late. Also special attention should be focussed on Kandy and Badulla Districts anf findout as to why these were lost despite having several cabinet heavyweights. Now Mahinda can take decisions without fear. |

what's the point ranil becoming President by Tamils from Jaffna, majority of Sihalesse are not wished him to be. So even if the Tamils from jaffna made Ranil President that's not going to make a diff in parliment, sinhala extremist will mess up everything. It's good think that Ranil didn't get elected by them. Top of that those tamils won't get anything back, just because they gave vote, things will be normal as usual no matter who comes to power.

This Election did Two things:
1) removal of family ownership of parties (JR and Bandaranaike)
2) removal of childish and poolish policticans from parties. (Ranil, CBK and Anura) |
