| Sorry SB, you will have to stay there for some more time, as Ranil will never win! (although he doesn't realise it) and hey, may be Mahinda will consider something for you, like an A/C in the prison cell! |

Ranil has helped us appreciate where the country stands. He has not lost. His ownership of Sri Lanka has deepened. It is clear to us that if Tamils had voted freely - Ranil would have won. One who includes minorities in his thinking and feeling, is a true Sri Lankan and Ranil is a true Sri Lankan.

| Tamil Diaspora had failed to understand except LTTE that Ranil was playing a game talking about Federalism. He very openly said that if he becomes the President he will ask for a referendum whether to give a federal state to Tamils or not. So what would happen in that situation is ,those Sinhalese close to 48% who supported Ranil will say no to that still supporting him . This is a very cunning manipulation. If LTTE supported Ranil to come to power and from a referendum the Sinhalese majority says no to the referendum then LTTE has no alternative but to accept conditions dictated by Sinhalese Majority government who has international support. However they can gamble still with Mahinda because he comes up with 'no' to federalism from the very start with the backing of more nationalistic support of JVP and JHU who do not have the recognition among the western powers who are anti socialism and more secular though Christan. |
